Injury

Good Day instructors are movement professionals, however, not all instructors at Good Day are medically trained. For your safety, you are required to let your instructor know about any injuries or ailments that may affect your Pilates experience.

All instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.

Pregnancy

We offer a specific Pre and Post natal class, ‘Good Mama’ which is our recommended option for all pre and post natal women. Pre Natal women must inform instructors of their pregnancy. We recommend pre natal women to book a Pilates Private prior to taking class.

Our Pre natal policy is:

Up to 20 weeks: Able to take all classes and privates.

Beyond 20 weeks: Able to attend only ‘Good Mama’ classes, ‘Focus Pilates 1:3’ and ‘Private Pilates.’

Post Natal clients must have clearance from their medical professional to return to Pilates.

We encourage all Post Natal clients to book a Private Pilates 1:1 before rejoining classes. This is important to assess any changes that may have occurred throughout later stages of pregnancy and birth.

Late Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes early to enjoy the complete Good Day Pilates experience.

If you anticipate being late, please email hello@gooddaypilates.com

Out of respect for our clients, instructors, and your safety, there is no admittance after 5 minutes of the scheduled class time.

If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby.

Waitlist

Our system will automatically add you to class if a spot becomes available up until 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

You will receive an email confirmation when you have been added to class from the waitlist.

If you are on the waitlist, and know you won’t be able to make it to class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist online using your MindBody account.

Your spot in class can be given away at the commencement of class if there is someone on standby waiting at the studio.

If you have been added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.

Socks

For hygiene purposes socks are required for all classes. Grippy socks encouraged. Grippy socks are available for purchase.
