We offer a specific Pre + Postnatal class, ‘Good Mama’ which is our recommended option for all pre and post natal women. Prenatal women must inform instructors of their pregnancy. We recommend pre natal women to book a Pilates Private prior to taking class.
Our Prenatal policy is:
Up to 20 weeks: Able to take all classes and privates.
Beyond 20 weeks: Able to attend only ‘Good Mama’ classes, ‘Focus Pilates 1:3’ and ‘Private Pilates.’
Postnatal clients must have clearance from their medical professional to return to Pilates.
We encourage all Postnatal clients to book a Private Pilates 1:1 before rejoining classes. This is important to assess any changes that may have occurred throughout later stages of pregnancy and birth.
